You may notice from time to time, services that normally work instantly for you may slow down and take much longer. Why is this? 

The platforms we work with (such as instagram for example) occasionally make very significant updates to the ways their platforms operate. This in turn changes the way we need our programming to work to deliver services to accounts. These changes are normal and generally occur quarterly (up to 4x per year) and are normal. We want to inform our users so you are educated on this and do not panic when a service you normally have excellent results with may be slow for a few days once and a while. You may have a service (such as IG views) that normally costs $0.35 / 1,000 and works instantly, rise to $2/1000 and be slow. Please do not think we are raising prices or lessening our standards, this happens because there are fewer providers that have updated services and therefor they may change our price to 5x the cost of what we are normally paying to deliver the service. Since we operate at fixed margins, if the price goes up for us it will go up for you. 

What normally happens is within a few weeks, more providers are available for the service and the price goes back down and everything goes back to normal. If you ever notice a service you are used to using is slow, or higher priced- it is likely to come back down in a few weeks. We like to keep our prices low and fair as possible. Just be aware this is why this occurs and it is normal. When dealing with social media services many moving parts are fragile, and being flexible to market changes is important if you are marketing your personal accounts or doing work for others using our platform.
